What is the national standard for wires and cables

Notice Announcement 2023-01-28 15:44 957

Irradiation cross-linked power cable, voltage grade: 0.6/1KV; Executive standard: GB/T12706.1-2002. Irradiated cross-linked cables use high-energy rays to bombard the hydrogen atoms in their molecular chains and discharge them, resulting in voids in the molecular chains, forming a reticulated macromolecular three-dimensional structure and forming cross-linked polyethylene;

MV XLPE insulated power cable, voltage grade: 6/6KV-26/35KV; Executive standard: GB/T12706.2-2002. The medium-voltage cross-linked polyethylene cable adopts the all-dry chemical cross-linking method, which greatly improves its mechanical properties, thermal aging properties and environmental stress capacity;

High voltage cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cable, voltage grade: 64/110KV, executive standard: GB/T 11017; 127/220KV、290/500KV。 XLPE cable has excellent gas performance, less dielectric loss than paper insulation and PVC insulation, and less capacitance of XLPE cable;

Control cable, executive standard: GB9330-88; Voltage class: 450/750V. The product uses polyvinyl chloride or irradiated cross-linked polyethylene as the insulating layer, which has excellent electrical conductivity, mechanical properties and chemical stability, and is suitable for the control of the rated voltage of 0.6/1KV and below, and the protection circuit for the monitoring circuit and other protection occasions;

Computer cable, voltage grade: 0.45/0.75KV, enterprise standard. This product is used for shielded cables used for connecting computers, detection instruments and control system instruments with AC rated voltage of 300/500 and below and high anti-interference performance requirements. It is used for analog data transmission with high anti-interference performance.

National standard wires are wires produced in full accordance with the national standard. General household and common electric wires are in line with the standard specifications, and the national standard specifies the common five specifications.

Appearance standard, the wire must have certification mark, manufacturer, wire diameter, etc., and the ground wire shall be yellow and green insulation layer;

Mechanical strength;

Insulation of sheath (generally greater than 100M Ω) and withstand voltage strength (below 500V and 1500V);

Line resistance (not greater than a certain resistance under a certain wire diameter, conductivity and length);

The wire shall not crack under high temperature impact of 150 ℃ and low temperature of - 30 ℃.
